The goal of the Hispanic Business Association of Delaware are to unite the Hispanic Businesses and to work collaboratively with the private and public sector to achieve mutual benefits.
The organization will serve as advocates for the Hispanic Businesses in Delaware, as well as educate business owners/professionals by partnering with the already existing organizations that provide business resources. Most importantly, the Association will provide networking opportunities every month to further unite and form a cohesive relationship with all sectors of the business community.

The HBA will access both Hispanic and Non-Hispanic business owners and professionals, in order to encourage greater participation as well as business-to-business opportunities.

Our main objectives are to:

Provide networking opportunities, establish and promote a strong business to business program.
Educate, provide access in a bilingual/Spanish language format to the resources and information needed to start, grow and succeed in business.
Advocate, be attentive and collaborate with legislatures and Government officials on issues facing the Hispanic community.
Form partnerships, establish relationships with professional associations that are willing to offer their memberships at a reduced rate for members of the HBA. This will encourage business owners to participate and reap the benefits those entities provide. I.e. Chambers, Builder and Contracting Organizations etc…
To be a responsible organization that will support the non-profit communities’ endeavors, and expand higher education opportunities for our Hispanic Youth through a scholarship program.

The HBA is open to all members of the business and professional community regardless of ethnic background. We aim to include not exclude by providing resources and information in a bilingual/Spanish language format.
